Five years ago, I received a life shattering Stage IV cancer diagnosis! Not only was it Stage IV, but the metastasis was extensive – my brain, thoracic spine, lungs, kidneys, adrenals, pancreas, pelvic bone, and lymph nodes. After the initial shock subsided, I knew I had a daunting battle ahead of me, but I refused to give up! Through two years of trial and error and using my Chemical Engineering skills, I developed a personalized Protocol that combined food, fasting, exercise, supplements and modern targeted medicine. Today, I’m grateful to say that most of the tumors have either stopped growing or disappeared altogether. I feel and am very fortunate to be alive and want to share my journey and insights to help others on their healing paths, showing that hope and resilience can lead to unexpected victories.

Anyone with a cancer diagnosis needs this book I’ve spoken to Javier about this book on my podcast. His insights into what he did each step of the way to survive Stage 4 cancer need to be general knowledge. He combined traditional treatments with holistic methods which he outlines fully. Included is all the research which he used as resources. Everything is spelled out from foods to eat, treatments to investigate, and exercise as a tool.
